I had my air intake sensor out and stuck in a cup of boiling water along with a digital thermometer this afternoon for a spot of calibrating. Having taken down lots of readings in a notebook and spent some time with a spreadsheet I noticed the full title of the temp. calibration windows in WARI. "Set water temp ADC calibration (click the temperature to learn)"
The Installers manual mentions a "learn button". I'd assumed it was a bug in the documentation as I couldn't find it, but it seems that you can indeed click on the temperature values in the windows to update the ADC values with the current reading.
Hopefully this knowledge will save somebody else some time.
Thank's for that Chris. Although I did mine last summer, until I read this, I'd completely forgotten about the 'click to learn' bit. (there was a post on here, a while back, about it and I couldn't remember then) It does work, I did the WAT and MAT sensors.
I spent ages, at the time, puzzling over where the learn button was, even downloading a new version of warvi to see if I had an older version that didn't have the buttons.
