Hi All,

Long long (long) time lurker finally asking a potentially relevant question.

No time to read a short novel? Skip to the last line.

I've acquired my second cappuccino (the first being a collection of parts and a chassis shaped hole).

The "new" cappuccino appears to be in very good condition - initial rolling road result image attached - stock other than turbo timer and K&N panel filter (Boost @ 0.8 bar rock solid). I'm at the stage where I'm carefully considering how best to proceed with regards to tuning and improvements. The car will be kept visually stock - the usual recommended improvements will be applied (strut braces, uprated brakes, K&N panel filter etc...).

This leaves the engine. I'm not aiming to emulate some of the more extreme (and impressive) builds I've seen on here as I don't have nearly enough free time or resources to dedicate to it. I've read through the forum but have noticed an absence of complete success stories or "one year on" posts specifically with regards to the Adaptronic ECU. With this in mind I have the following question:

Has anyone got an Adaptronic (or other) ECU running on their car with no niggling issues? (i.e. running on idle / idle up AC / cold start / warm start, etc) and how much pain was involved getting there.

Cheers,
Kash.

P.S. The alternative is an N1 plus Electronic Boost Controller.
