My insurance is up in a couple weeks so had a call round the insurance companies. Many wouldn't insure me due to the amount of modifying I have done, lol
Adrian Flux's modified department came back with the best deal by far and the customer service was great too  |

Called Flux and spoke to Nick, he has quoted me on a modern classic policy with modifications for £243 with a £300 excess (free excess protection cover)
SDP and commuting and like for like on mods.
Can do agreed value for £15.
£75 windscreen excess, £0 for repairs
Based on 5000 miles with a 3 year NCB,
Going to take this policy when he calls me back I think, it shows its well worth shopping around the specialist insurers |

I think they all try to rip you off come renewal, try sky, hic, Chris knott for modded cars and see how they do. My premium could have been less than £240 but I added key cover and Ncb cover, the basic premium was £197 with all the mods declared!
