Hey guys,

I might be heading to Australia in December, Looking in shock at the cost of RVs. I'm seeking local knowledge on where to get cheap, reliable hire.

Cost is so horrible, I'm looking at shipping my capp over for the holiday

What part of OZ are youheading to as it is quite large?
When you say an RV do you mean a 4WD or a camper type of vehicle?

Up this way in Queensland the green "JUCY" campers are quite common.

Also, wicked campers have a bad reputation for unroadworthiness.

Jucy have some really cheaps deals for relocated campers when they end up with too many in one location. AUD $ 1.00  per day.

I have 2 nephews who have done this for a few years and they get a really cheap holiday and then just catch a budget airline back.

Do lots of research before you bring your car with you, it might be difficult to get it on the road. Our rules are irrationally strict.
