Thought I'd catalogue the cappo search.
Went to very car locally owned by very nice lady. Flat battery, alarm going off went jump started had to remove fuse, needs new floor, windscreen, air con not working, bubbling wheel arches. A no go.
Got outbid on one on ebay. Was relisted but turned out to be owned by very rude man who didnt want to answer questions. A no go.
After several hours of browsing intenet rang 3 owners advertising cars. All sold months previously!
Another listed on ebay within 100 miles, withdrawn in matter of hours.
Posted a few wanted ads on internet last night and got 1st response. Super tricked up cappo in black WITH A TV!!! Was a very nice chap and is going to stick a message containing my phone number on another cappo's windscreen he passes each day in Ilford which he noticed is for sale. Bless him.
And so it goes on............. |

| More phone calls. Not buying a car but talking to some very nice people. Is there some inbuilt inhibitor which stops cappuccinos croosing north of the Watford gap? Romford & ipswich latest ones located. I'm in York. Sigh |
