Hi just thought I would confirm that I bought an iac valve  but asked for the part number 1811784380-/121068913448 just googled it and it came up as an iac valve for a Suzuki outboard motor, (my cousin brought it from the states, that may be a problem for some) it cost $ 20  and just needed a small bracket making to fix it (very simple) and the valve works absolutely fine (no ticking) so it may help someone, possibly avoiding the ridiculous prices these breakers ask i.e. £120 etc, hope this is of use.

I'm pretty sure it's correct, I actually rang the local Suzuki Dealer and asked if they could look it up and tell me what it was & they confirmed it was an IAC valve for a Cappo

18117-84380 is indeed an ISC/IAC from Suzuki Marine.  Looks slightly different to the Cappo one but if it works

I can assure you after making a simple bracket to accommodate the valve it works perfectly and at $20 instead of being quoted £120 from a breaker, a reasonable investment, I may well now strip the redundant IAC valve and effect a repair.

Would it not have fitted in the original bracket?

The short answer is no, the cappo IAC has a bracket incorporated with a hole in it , the marine IAC has a threaded stud at the base which only requires an L shaped bracket to be made which lines up with the threaded hole in the throttle body and a nut onto the threaded stud , simples!!

Honestly can't remember which dealer I got it from in the US I simply put that part number in and it produced a result, so I would suggest you do the same & you may get lucky.
