Got most of the welding done on my cappo, and thought I better swap the insurance onto it so I will be able to drive to MOT.
Currently the insurance is on my Audi A4 diesel estate, and has about 8 months at £11 a month left (paid a big deposit)
Input the Cappo details, waited for the screen to load, and it shows my new premium of £23 per month. Thought that was a bit harsh, been over double that of a diesel Audi estate, but insurance companies have you over a barrel when you swap cars.
Press continue, and it tells me to elect the bank account I wish to use, same as the direct debit one.
Press continue again, it tells me the £23 is refunded, and I have no more premiums to pay!!!!
Double check, and yes, the premium is paid off, and £23 paid back to me.
That was a nice surprise, and a good start to my driving relationship with my Cappo.

My cappo and A8 are almost the same premium. Rather odd but they argue the cappo is a "sports car".

Cappo's are lovely and cheap to run. Considerably less-so to tune and maintain!
