Can anyone advise where I can obtain the rubber boots that fit over the sliding pins on the rear caliper. My Suzuki dealer advises that Suzuki do not have any in stock worldwide.

The rear calipers are very similar to those used on some Peugeots, 206s I think. You could try those to see if they are the same.

Just did a quick search on fleebay for 206 calipers, lots of repair kits on there. Two different piston sizes for the Pug/Citroen/Renault ones 30mm and 32mm, not sure what size the Cappo ones are if you want the full kit but if you just want the slider rubbers they are on there on there own and with the pins also.

The rear calipers on the 206, 306, Saxo and some Renaults are outwardly identical to the rears on the Cappo apart from the hand brake lever arrangement. They use the hollow slider pins the same as the Cappo. I don't know if they are dimensionally the same as I have not measured them but the repair kits are very readily available and a visit to the local motor factors for comparison of the two should answer that question. That's my plan when I come to rebuild mine anyway.

Just starting to do mine (it leaks!) and I found the boot set available on Auto Link UK for 31 GBP + VAT and delivery
http://www.autolinkmx5.com/bra.....850-61f00-7337-p.asp

These guys are cool and seem to be cheaper than anyone I can find online.

I ordered last Monday and it arrived on Tuesday morning.

How much???

I know prices will have gone up since I did the refurb 'How to' but they were only £5.71 back then!
