Hello,
I'm looking for a Suzuki Cappuccino for a TV feature on WEDNESDAY 29TH OCTOBER in the Oxfordshire. IT WILL NOT BE USED ON TRACK.
Fuel & catering will be provided for the day.
If you are interested in bringing your car along for the day, please contact me with your vehicle details, location & some photos at fifth.gear@northonetv.com
I'm also interested in finding out any problems anyone has had with this car/any high running costs?

| Should point out that they are after a standard car for this feature. Obviously mods that can't be seen will be fine if the outside looks standardish. |

The filming day was last Wednesday, and I had a lovely time, shame about the rain. The day before had been gloriously sunny, but it rained most of the day of the filming.
Fifth Gear have asked that we not post any information as to what the piece was actually about, so I won't, and the piece won't air until Spring next year, so you'll have to wait. I'll try to bump with an actual date when I know it.
I spent most of the day hanging around in a hanger, with three other owners of different cars, and the lovely Lucy, from Fifth Gear. It was interesting to see how much time, and how many people (6) were needed to what may only be 10 minutes of TV.
They were putting two cameras in each car, and two more on the chase car (complete with brave cameraman hanging out the boot), as well as another cameraman filming static shots in the hanger.
Vicky Butler Henderson drove all the cars, and she arrived back in my Cappo with a huge grin on her face, so hopefully it'll get a good review.

| Brilliant! I she's always been quite kind to these sorts of cars, so looking forward to seeing how it turns out. It's almost a shame they didn't take it around their track!! |

Just a quick bump to say that Fifth Gear is back on Thursday evenings at 9pm on the History Channel (Sky 529, Virgin 234, BT 432 and TalkTalk 432).
I've emailed them, but haven't been able to confirm when the piece might be shown, so I guess I'll be tuning in each week

| Any news on this? I don't think I can get history channel. So would have to download the episode. Eagerly waiting. Also anyone heard anymore on the NEW CAPPUCCINO? Seen on suzukifan.com from a couple of years ago. Was looking forward to it. Site seems to have gone now. |

It was aired in July, I can't remember which episode number, but I have a copy at home, and I'll let you know.
It will be on ITV4 in a couple of weeks, possibly next Thursday @9pm.
