The swap looks factory. I know there are some special LHD Toyota Century models in Japan and in LHD countries for certain dignitaries, but I have only seen some videos of LHD Cappuccinos without any explanation. Here, is a Cappuccino from Peru:

There's a couple of companies here that do conversions, they take off the covering, cut the dash into many slices, arrange them the other way around and then re-cover the dash.

Slightly off the topic here but after arriving in ishigaki island (just a wee distance from Okinawa ) a few days ago I have been driving my wife and family slightly mental by just sprouting out ISHIGAKISENSEI in some kind of subliminal message that even I didn't know why or where it came from at random moments

A quick check on clubcappo and it all makes sense where it came from now
I presume you are some kind of teacher on this island
Anyhow I'm here for a few days (or could be longer if typhoon canibilism take place ) so if you want to meet up drop me a pm/email

ISHIGAKISENSEI!!!

I was a JET ALT primarily at Yaeyama Koko. I lived at the apartment in Arakawa just to left (if you drive in past the A&W and Max Value) by the river and ocean when you stop at the traffic light. Used to own a R32 back in the day. Too much car for the island though.

Hit Asahi Shokudou for toufu champuru. Kabira Bay and Taketomi. Yubu Isand to ride the ox pulled cart throough the ocean. Don't forget to dance.

Some of my students:
