Just thought I would recommend a colleague based in the Northwest (wirral) who has done some work on my cappo plating at the rear of the floorpan and replacing the rotten bits of the curved rib which runs from the front of the scuttle to the raised seat part of the floorpan and vertical plating right at the very front of the scuttle, which must have been very awkward to access let alone weld. He also did some small plating in the floorpan and the final result was excellent. I have now waxoyled the floor and replaced the carpet. If anyone wants his address/ phone number I will give it. The premises may look basic, the standard of work isn't.
