If you are unhappy with the original aerial then it is possible to change for a short 'Bee Sting' type aerial. The main problem with fitting such an aerial is that the base on the Cappuccino is very deep and the threaded rods on the replacement aerials are very short. The important thing to check is that the hole on the replacement aerial will accept a 5mm thread rod. To adapt the aerial to fit the Cappo's deep base simply take a length of 5mm threaded rod, a 5mm bolt with the head cut off is ideal for this, and cut it down to 42mm. Screw this rod into the base of the aerial and then into the original aerial base. To make sure no water can get into the base you could add a washer, such as a black tap washer, between the new aerial and the base. If you do this remember to add its thickness to the length of the threaded rod you cut.
