I always think the little details make a big difference to the overall look of a vehicle.

The first thing I always do with my cars is to get rid of the orange (ruins all colour schemes IMO).

First step is to remove the unit (1 screw)

Use a hair dryer to warm up the plastic before you do anything (they become very brittle over the years).

With the glue now warm use a flat head to CAREFULLY open up the light

Work your way around carefully until you can pull the lens off

Remove the orang lens

Replace by heating the glue up again and putting the light back together. Heat it all again just to make sure, let it cool and then see if you can pull it apart!

Put the screw back in and enjoy de-oranged indicators!

Don't forget non-orange lights are an MOT failure so be sure to replace the bulb with one that either flashes oranges (LED), a chrome light (not sure they're 100% road legal), or buy an orange light and put a light silver spray over it.

Just comment on this elsewhere - the bulb holder may need modifying for offset pin bulbs if you use chome ones - I couldn't get decent (i.e. E marked) chrome bulbs that were opposite pin.

Does look good on a silver car.

No GLUE on any of mine....If you use LED Bulbs, you will need to CHANGE the FLASHER unit under the DASH or they will flash way too quick.........like you have a blown bulb

JDM spec ones don't have any glue but UK ones should.  I've got a brand new one here and a few old ones and they are all glued.

The LED bulbs tend to have the correct number of LEDs/resistors to get around the lack of resistance problem.

I've just put a pair of UK ones on my car and there was no glue just two screws, the usual one which held the light to the bumper and held them together and another one at the other end just holding together.  I presume the light must of changed at some point as the bulbs can only be replaced by removing the front cover on these ones unlike the JDM lights.

Interesting.  The two screw setup is exactly like the JDM ones.  The brand new JDM one I have here can only have the bulb changed by removing the lens too.

There's no argument.  Clearly Suzuki have changed the design along the way at some point.  It'll be interesting to see what the one that I get later this week is like.  The one I've already got was clearly old stock.
