Hi all
been following this forum for a while now.
I'm planning to import a cappo to Russia.
Unfortunately a car to be imported has to have euro 4 ecology class.
Which is, by our rules, granted based on year of production.
Which means that it's impossible to import anything produced before ~2007.
Vehicles produced after that year are granted such class automatically.

So my question is: Is it possible in UK to register a cappo as if it was produced in 2013? Like a kit car or restored\modified car. Probably with bespoke name, not as a suzuki.
What kind of money does this cost?
