As I mentioned in 'Sneaza Album', I have been making a few bits for other Daughters Boyfriend....Birthday Present....and as usual, got carried away.....but you CAN'T have 1/2 good system and 1/2 crap, so......

First it was just a couple of Sub Enclosures......This is for a 'KH Ford Laser'

....Then came the Door Pods. These replace thespeaker screwed to the door trim  and when finished, will have a pocket at either end.

Then came the Rear Parcel Tray, which, the Original had fallen apart, so made a Fibreglass one 'cos it'slighter and will work better with what comes next.....

So after a bit of thought, decided that I would give the 6x9's he wants to use, their own enclosure as well. 6" Stormwater elbows are perfect for this ( what I used in Sneaza's original Enclosure ).....

Circles fitted and the bottom fitted and fibreglassed on inside, you can see what will be visible from the bottom when the Tray raises with the Hatch Door...

Now because of the shape of the 6x9's, they can't bolt up to the circle so I had to make a couple of Spacers to get the clearancefrom the Basket and connectors. MDF Baffles and Sculpting Foam.....

You will notice the Screw.....That' so I can remove these spacers to allow me to insert the Tubes from below the Tray, Fibreglass them in place, then attach the Spacers again then make 'em look like the Door Pods.....Before I get the overall flowing shape.

Sanded into shape
