Me too, but don't expect them to hold to their delivery times.
Their rep has been up and down like a yo-yo since they've been operating.
Just had them replace my faulty Ram (after 9mths running nicely) and everything went smoothly.
But I had an ongoing problem trying to get a FULL refund off them for failing to despatch an item for a specificied delivery date so I told them where to go.
Basically it was for delivery 'next day' premium on a Friday (ordered on a Wednesday night).
They didn't send it out till Friday afternoon so I told them "no thanks" as it was for the B-I-Law who works away during the week and needed it that weekend.
Eventually got my refund using the newer act on 'Unfair T&Cs' as they didn't tell me until after it had been sent and their T&Cs say I can't cancel then - b#ll#cks to their T&Cs!
To keep things in perspective, though, I'm d@mn sure this company isn't on it's own here though and that many others would do the same.

| I've heard that about them before but I've never needed to send anything back as yet. As for delivery I can't complain about that either. Everything has either been bang on time or early! I am local though so perhaps that helps. |
