Hi I think it is time to let my cappo go now as I don't get any time to use it since becoming a father 18 months ago as some of you may know the car from some posts I put on here in the past and as seen in banzai mag a couple of years ago . I will try and put some up to date photos on here but me and technology don't always mix very well.this is a 99% rust free car some of this is due to it being an import and the rest is it always being garaged and it is not driven in the wet that said it is not a concourse car but very tidy car.i will put a new MOT on the car befor it goes.
Engine 1.3 gti swift motor, forged rods, arp bolts ,ACL race bearings ,low comp pistons, metal head gasket, tubular manifold turbosmart external wast gate fed back into s/s exhaust ( so not loud ) stand alone ECU ,oil cooler etc etc . POWER 200 BHP and will do a lot more if required.
Gab suspension heartland type front bumper extension suzuki cappo mud flaps and cusco roll cage all interior in very good elkin wheels 15" and lots more
Looking for offers over £3999

Hi the standalone is a version 4 mtec automotive unit best to look on there web page to see all the features and the gearbox is a suzuki jimny box standard but the diff is now a 4.1 so will top out about 120 mph  no to the other .

Did you tell the DVLA of the engine change?  If not, you or the new owner could get yourself in some quite hot water.

Hi lord if you pm me your email I can send you more pics but I can't down load to the forum . Andy was kind and did the pic's we have here now.
Mitogeri as far as I can remember it does have anti lag although not set up , it is still sold by m tec automotive. As for the rust there is a small pach on the driver side rear wing that had been fix at some point before I got the car (I had the car 6 years) just shows and a pin spot on the driver side sill 3 mm I will see if and would be kind and upload the pic's for me ,and as for the diff it is a standard diff with a suzuki sj front diff crown and pinion now 4.1

How stiff is the GAB suspension? Is it race like (comfort completely disabled). I hope these are not back breaking and the car can drive straight over a speedbump.

Do you consider it a reliable car now? I read that with the previous gearbox blown, you had converted to a Jimny or Cosworth gearbox. Do you consider its able to complete a 1000 mile journey from Bristol to amsterdam ?

Hi yes the gearbox is a lot stronger ang never had any issue's with it since it was changed , as for driving it 1000 miles I would not have any problems with in but remember it does not have a radio so remember to bring your own sound tracks !!!

Thanks, whats the fuel economy when driving normally ?
is the clutch any normal (the racing on/off type of clutches are uncomfortable, an earlier mistake I won't make again
Am I correct that the battery is at the feet of the passenger?

Hi not sure of the fuel econ I would only guess it is about 25-30 but this is only a estaminet , as for the clutch very normal operation , I do don't like on off type clutch either and as for the battery race type it is located in the old air con condenser box under the dash.
