Hi all I have decided that I am going to break my car after 14 years of ownership very very sad times, I have genuinely have had great times s in the car over the years, Club Cappo meets, track days, Santa Pod etc etc Tin worm has took hold and badly this time - very sad decision but I have been advised the requires around £1500 of welding work, the complete passenger side footwell needs cutting out and a whole floor in that area would need to be replaced, there is also severe corrosion around where the rear sub frame bolts up to the car body underneath.
The car had complete inner / outer sills welded to the car (genuine Suzuki in 2009) so these are solid......But unless you are a professional welder or are willing to carry out this work or pay a professional this kind of money then I would not feel comfortable selling the car as it is.......hence why I have decided to break the car.......if you need any standard or performance enhancing parts then I will be able to help you.
The whole car is to be broken: As you would expect over 14 years I have bought many parts for it and I have modified my cars performance to on par with the Monster sport set up ie N2 stage......
Including:-
Hybrid Turbo (standard Cappo Turbo - rebuilt using Larger Impellors and Ceramic Bearings) 295c injectors(I think) Denso - Light Blue Tops.... Pal Sport ECU Sourced from Japan (the only one in the UK I believe High Pressure Fuel Regulator Suzuki Sport high pressure radiator cap Custom double core aluminium intercooler that fits the same as stock, Intercooler Hard Pipes with (Silicon hoses throughout the engine) HKS Style Blow Off Valve with Flange to fit the same as stock, K&N Cone Induction Exhaust - Custom De-cat Pipe, 2.5" Stainless Exhaust throughout made by Exhaust UK in Sheffield which has a stainless cobra back box and 3" Japstyle cut tailpipe (exhaust is as new)
This setup produced 118 Bhp at the Flywheel and 105 Bhp (1.2 Bar) at the Rear wheels (I have Dyno Print - Noble Motor Sports Chesterfield - Where they Tune the Noble Sports Cars) - this could be better with a better free flowing manifold (which was on my shopping list)
The engine has approx 52,000 miles and was bought and rebuilt to replace the original engine that had melted a piston due to over boosting, the engine was rebuilt using genuine Suzuki gaskets including head gasket, new alternator belt and drive belts (3 years ago) car only done a few thousand miles in this since this time.
The Gearbox is in good order and the car has an a Excedy uprated clutch (only done a few thousand miles)
The Callipers are all in good order, these were also serviced with new seals a few years ago, the car has Drilled and Grooved Black Diamond Discs (front)and Genuine Suzuki at the Discs at the rear.
Suspension wise I believe the car does have lowering springs fitted as the car seems to sit lower than other Cappuccinos I have parked next too!! They were on the car when I bought the car, shock absorbers are in good order
The car has a Cusco Front Strut Brace I had a Rear 'Seat Belt Tower Brace' Custom made out of brushed stainless steel (looks pretty but actually does stiffen the car with the roof off, can also be used for mounting harnesses - if you wanted to)
Standard Cappo Wheels, two with Maxxis Tyres 185/60/14 - lots of Tread on the front and The Rear are ToyoR888 road legal slick / Track day tyres - again these have lots of life on them.
The car interior including Dash, door cards etc are all in good order including the standard driver and passenger seats (not split!!)
I have a full set of Roof Panels in Good condition complete with genuine Suzuki Bags
I have probably forgotten things but this is pretty much it.......I do also have a load of used bits such as alternators starter motors, inter coolers, Inlet Manifolds, Throttle Body, switches, etc etc all as spares to keep my car going in years to come (that as the plan).........

A very sad time for any Cappo Owner and I am gutted to have to say goodbye to my little car.....all parts will be sold at realistic prices - not Suzuki dealer or what was 'Cappuccino sport!!!
I am based in Chesterfield Derbyshire and I am happy to post small bits and Bobs but any larger items collection would be preferred......

sorry to hear that, I know you looked after the car. There are buyers out there if you get word about. I had 3 bidders for mine on the same day after a dry period. Good luck!
