G'Day, I have FOR SALE a Pair of BRAND NEW 'Suzuki Sport' Coil Over REAR Helper Springs. I bought these a couple of weeks ago as a replacement for my Rear springs but because of a bad 'Translation' on Yahoo Japan.....well, they just don't come close to the Original Size. Price: $200.aus...includes Postage anywhere. A couple more pics below....

From the look of things they are for the Suzuki sport coilover suspension strut for the cappuccino. They are a lot smaller then the stock springs.
