Hi, I'm trying to break the habit of a lifetime and actually get shot of some of the unused bits of car lying around the house:
-
One unused O/S rear outer quarter panel - boxed & factory primered. SOLD
-
Full set of standard front & rear shock absorbers (no springs). They were taken off my car as I have replaced them with uprated KYBs. The lot for £50 plus delivery. SOLD
- Gearbox & control box. I bought a 2nd hand gearbox & got it reconditioned last year, so this is the box I removed from my car. 2nd gear changes were a bit rough when cold but double de-clutching seemed to sort it. Around £80 plus delivery.
Both the shocks and the gearbox were removed at under 56,000 miles on the clock.

I paid around £70 for the rear outer quarter panel so would like to recover that if possible. I'm in Southampton. Pick-up would probably be best as it would be easy to damage if handled carelessly. I do have plenty of packing foam etc. though, so I can get a price for insured post as well if you're interested. |

Hi Chris, can i just confirm that this is a rear wing panel?
|
|
It's the exterior part of the off/drivers side rear panel/arch. The parts manual only shows the passenger side panel (with the fuel filler hole). The panel I have is for the drivers side. I could take a photo & post it if it would help? |

He he, I hadn't noticed the US date format when I filled out my profile, so it won't actually be my birthday for another 6 months, but thanks anyway. |

Shocks and rear panel now sold, but the gearbox is still available if anyone wants to make an offer. |

I'm happy to arrange shipping to Ireland. Not sure how much it's cost though. Send me a PM when you know if you're interested and I'll try to get a quote for shipping. I think the weight was around 25kg but might be getting confused with something else...
BTW, the box was taken off my current cappo at around 54000 miles. I had another box reconditioned in the hope that it would make changing into 2nd gear smoother. To be honest I don't think it has helped that much, I still double-declutch when going from 1st to 2nd when first starting off and the box is cold. |
