alass, due to rust, i have had to declair SORN and taken Reddy off the road.
Running gear etc all good with a brand new driver side rear wheel bearing fitted not long ago, light-weight fly wheel and practically brand new, shiney, turbo.

Looking to sell as job lot (for spares), make me an offer and we can negociate.
if no one wants, i will be striping her down myself and selling on the spares to whoever might want them, so get your name down early!!

also 1x 3-peice roof, rear window, 1x 4-piece rim+tyre set going for grabs

will take photo's tomorrow and post!

Reg: M830 RBV

Would make an ace kit-car!

Contact me on: 07 921 480 077 if interested.

Chris,
If you do end up having to break the car I may well be interested in the stainless exhaust system.
No space here for the whole thing unfortunately.

Where are you at?

If you do decide to split it there are some bits and bobs I'd be interested in, so long as you don't live in Orkney or something!

If you're needing to park it somewhere out of your way while you decide what to do with it I have room for it.

It would be handy for me to look at on occasion for reference come the time to re-build mine too.....

If you do break it I'd be interested in the windscreen, bumpers, front wings and probably some other bits too.

oops! meant to take a photo of that while i had the camera out today!
it's not in perfect condition and does have the usual split in it at the seam in the middle but could easily get repaired as the surrounding leatherette faberic is in a good enough condition to patch it up!

just began uploading some photo's i took today, these can be found here:
http://s395.photobucket.com/albums/pp33/ck-86/Cappuccino/
should be all uploaded by 17:30

Ooo, that's not a fixer!

The floor actually looks worse than mine did before having it dipped.

After the dip you could see there was virtually nothing around the side and rear of the floor holding it in place, apart from the paint and underseal before it was dipped.

I bet if you take the roof off and seats out and stand heavy on the floor it will come out.

Why not buy Bob's clean yellow one and swap all your good bits over? You'll recover a good size lump of the cost from selling the rest off your red one.

Just a thought.

Or could buy bob's clean yellow one and not swap the bits over, as there's nothing wrong with the bits that are on it

Not saying you couldn't put the stainless exhaust and lightened flywheel on it though...

Who cares what colour it is?

When you're in it blatting round a track with a beaming grin on your face you're the one person who can't see what colour it, is so why would it matter?

well the breaking up has officially begun and i took a few snaps whic are uploading to my album as i type this...
made H U G E progress and just the big stuff remains like engine, axels and brake assemblies. my estimate of 'done by Monday' should remain true! (**crosses fingers**)

once everything is out and i've recovered a bit, i'll be taking photo's of everything to catelog the lot, then the next step is coming up with prices for the things people want!

the link once again (todays photo's should be uploaded by 19:15):

Your shell is even worse than mine was.

When you've got it stripped let me know and I'll pop over and swap some dosh for some bits.

I could take the shell away for you and cut the screen out myself if you have no other means of getting rid of it.

i got the shell and window sorted. going to cut the shell in half and flip her upside down for better access to the gubbins underneath!
The window is being very carefully removed, it's spoken for so taking extra time and care in removing it!

just let me know when you want to pop over and i'll give you my address details etc!

some four-letter words are forming in my mind!
my helping hand has a case of the runs so i won't be able to finish it today!
all thats left is the dash, engine, brakes and windscreen really!

so anyone wanting anything other than those things mentioned above, feel free to get in contact with me!

I'd leave it in one piece, if you've taken the engine and box out two of you will easily get it on it's side, they weigh nothing! OK, my shell is well stripped but I can lift either end of it from underneath by pushing up with just two fingertips. I reckon the empty shell weighs about 80kilos bare.

If you cut it in half you might find the halves want to twist and move about while you're trying to roll them over.

If you want a hand give me a shout 07977 004476.

Just had a thought........

I could maybe use the N/S/F inner wing/chassis leg to make it easier modelling my exhaust manifold up. I could trim everything away and keep offering it up to the engine to make sure I have clearance N stuff.
