Behind a seat may be possible but it would have to be very slim to go under and still have air space for cooling. Depending on size could it be mounted it's side in the corner of the boot and still allow the roof panels to fit? |

Isn't that where subs usually go??? It is a fairly well enclosed space though so perhaps it wouldn't work so well? |

It is an electronic 'fake' subwoofer so that probably accounts for it. |

I don't think it works in the same way as the more common big speaker inside a box type. That's why those sort are good mounted in the boot - plenty of air to move around. The boot area itself acts as an enclosure too. Isn't this the sort that creates the bass through the power of electrickery? |

You'd still have to check the dimensions to see if it would fit. With the passenger seat slid all the way forward it might fit but would the sound get out? Would certainly give the passenger a shock

that poineer would look good mounted between the two seats just above the latch for the roof....and you could still have room for any bags you place there. |

Was thinking the same ThePorko! I'm not sure the enclosure would suit the cappo's interior but you could always have a custom grille so it looks more 'factory' if you wanted. Bass frequencies aren't anywhere near as directional as high frequencies (like tweeters) so you have a lot more scope for where you mount it. |
