And finally, some of you may have noticed quick release fittings on the solenoid. . . I had this fitting made up so I can fill up the tank at any servo |

Good system you have for your airhorn Matt! Mine isn't installed yet but I think I will take a few pointers from you! Using a small gas bottle in mine with one of those cheap air compressors! Too many fittings to buy aren't there? lol! |

be careful with the cheap compressors, they can get REALLY hot. Really really hot. Hot enough to melt the plastic casing.(Been there, Done that) and they take AGES!!!. but at least you won't have to wait for a servo to scare the daylights out of small children |

lol! I didn't get one of those black plastic ones that cost $20, the next one up from supercrap auto!
I'm glad I have the amp in the boot now though - saved me running new wires for the compressor
Installed mine today but has an air leak too! Have to get proper fittings and a external gauge so I know when to switch of compressor when driving! Maybe we can use a cheap boost gauge with psi on it - when someone asks why it isn't working we can just say "It's not for the turbo... It's for the airhorn! "
Couldn't find any truck places for the solenoid, do you know any off the top of your head I could look up? |

Yep
Ren, you can use anything that will hold the airpressure and is able to take fittings - gas bottle, LPG tank from car, industrial gas bottle (like Matt has used), other heavy duty canisters.
Have you got some overall shots of your capp Matt? (the wheels looked good for memory) |

I like the one you took at the dam Matt Imagine if you could drive it right to the end of that pier to take a photo! It would probably collapse afterwards and leave me stranded though! |

We have sound!!! Finally got around to sorting all the air leaks today, pumped it to about 120psi and gave it a good blast. You'll need realplayer to play this. |

Look similar to these. I've considered getting some of the 12ft restoration ramps but at £795.00 to £895.00 they ain't cheap. These ones are cheaper at £215 to £245 but still not cheap. |
