WOW

Me = very happy!

You've done such a great job on this Dave! - especially since you had to modify things and review options a few times while making it! Thankyou!

Bidding on some italian leather on ebay atm in preparation (ultra thin so it won't bulk things up too much with fitment)

I entered into the national Sound Quality comp in Canberra (22nd Nov) today too! (show and intermediate class). Another comp this weekend too! With your enclosure my capp will make a big impact! (got a sub still,  so no pressure if not ready in the lead up!)

Side view....

Tech. bit now follows, won't bother with photo's as I want this finished for you, so, what will happen now is:

Sanded and Taped final shape.
Apply Foil and layers of Fibreglass.
REMOVE the foam.
REMOVE the Fibreglass already in place.
ATTACH the NEW SHAPE......Will post pics at this stage.
Give final sand, apply Top Coat, Polish......Done......sounds easy enough...???

Awesome! Thanks Dave

It looks like you must have gained quite a few litres extra space by doing that for me, thanks!

I came 2nd in the show comp today too (was up against some big dollar showcars that I wouldn't have much of a hope against!)

Sanded, Smoothed, Undercoated......FINISHED......

Now, there are a few minor marks that, if you were going to paint this, I would spend more time and remove, but, as you have said you are going to cover, then these will not be of consequence.  CG, Let me know how you want to proceed......I can post it to you, or you can collect...??? your call.

OMG! thanks looks brilliant Dave!
Umm (just thinking) I wouldn't mind collecting soon - just need to call my boss and see if I can get a few days off so I can drive up pay you etc and drive back and cover your masterpiece!  I bought some 'ultra premium' black leather whgich is defect free from ebay last weekend so that will be on it's way already!

So impressed by your work Sneaza thank you very much!
