Hey, i know theres loads on here but i thought since mine is a project i would start with when i bought her (the day the earth stood still...)
The Day the ex lost it into a stone wall...
A little bit of fibreglassing on the front splitter, so looking healthier...
This morning before her slow drive to the garage for her heart transplant...
Yes i know shes filthy but i didnt see much point in cleaning it when a load of mechanics are gonna be all over the body work lol... so hopefully on the next pictures i take she'll be spanking |

Haha was a very sad day for me! especially since i realised a new wing was going to be impossible to find but filler will do the trick. hes my ex cos he was a possessive freak!!! grrr lol! she is back and polished but sadly bodywork is still shoddy, got breaks and exhaust to go before i think about getting the body work done, might get a loan, not sure whether to bother gettin the bodywork done or not, got a better idea, but its a secret until i decide to do it! new engine is wonderful, and its nice to finally have her back, glad i dont have to drive the vitara again! yikes!!! will get more pics for you guys later on!

Wow been a while since i was on here!!! not much to add still the same bodywork wise.. new engine is still ticking over nicely and just as rapid!!! really missed not driving her over the week of snow we had on the island!! but now shes back!! right good news time!
got a lovely quote on the bodywork set for the summer (touch up and full respray any colour i like) guy has a "waterfall" spray room and see his prep work and im impressed.. nearly ripped his arm off!
Have had all new lights installed in the front as well as electrics sorting out.. id forgotten what it was like to be able to see at night!!
and the best news of all (trying not to get my hopes up) i have found a cappo in a scrap yard (sad i know ) am going to buy the whole frigging thing and rip it up cappo should be back and operational by the end of summer (i hope_
Bad news!!
All this work means a put off on the bike effort! but it will be worth the wait!
Fire wall at the back has surface rust!!
Need full rear brakes!! and probably front too!!
Cant wait to show u the outcome, just gotta deliberate on a colour now someone did mention to me why not a creaming roof and muddy brown on the body!! (laughs sarcastically and rolls eyes)
thanks for reading, and colour scheme ideas will be welcome xxx |

One of the Aussie guys has a Honda CRX metalic green cappo I think with gold wheels and lots of nice shiney bits under the bonnet - looks awesome. Hope all goes well with the work and looking forward to seeing the results....maybe see you at the Rising Sun show?
