Was it originally a silver one then to get rid of the need to paint the engine bay? |

One the best examples of a standard cappo i've ever had the priviledge to drive. Perfect for the crowded parisian streets
I think this is an original off white one, there were no signs of a respray, the bodywork was unbelievably tidy.
I notice Dany doesn't miss a trick with the cappo sport plates |

Fitted the Adaptronic, works well apart from cold start issues and little transient throttle issues.
Running at 0,7 bars of boost now, I'm gonna increase that when I can |

No LSD... hehehe...
Just enjoying a wet road. But the lack of LSD almost got me out of the road on the next attempt. |

|
|
Oh yeah !
But of course I'm not really comfortable when trying to drift on an open road - I don't drift the way I want, and you never know what's gonna happen on a road...
Trackday, I'm coming ! |

Thanks guys ! Can't wait to get it back on the road. But I still got a lot of work to do...
I spent 4 hours welding cables tonight to fit my new gauges (oil pressure & temp, turbo pressure, AFR and EGT), and it's not finished yet.

Here are the prices, not included shipping costs and Jesse's share :
Front wings braces : 28350 yens.
ARC anti-roll bars : 49350 yens. The thing is the front bar is 42% stiffer than stock one, whereas the rear one is 258% stiffer than stock... I'm not sure how this is going to behave on the track, the only way to know it is to try for me.
I went for these bars instead of Suzuki Sport ones because they were harder to find and more expensive.
Front and rear subframe braces : 6993 and 7980 yens.
Pal Sports pulleys: 17000 yens.
Fuel pump : 7980 yens.
All part are from Yahoo auctions, apart from the pulleys.

Thanks a lot
We aren't doing the same kind of work. My car is almost rust free, and what I've done is mainly sourcing parts, fitting new parts and swapping engines.
I wouldn't say it's an easy task for a lazy guy like me, and this is my 1st time doing mechanic's work, but I don't think it's as difficult as what you've been up to. |

While that engine is out i'd block off that EGR valve even if you plan to block it at the exhaust manifold end too. It'll give some space in that area to work in once its in the car. |
