The front bumper i ordered from yahoo-japan i believe the brand was "US STYLE RACING" but if you search up "suzuki cappuccino front bumper" (in japanese of course) you will be able to find it

i thought it would be lots deeper (lower?) but i still have the original and after comparing this one does does not change the height quite significantly maybe a few cms?
i can go over speed humps and everything else perfectly

Ah I was wondering whose car this was!

Kayfour I saw your cappo driving down station street in box hill a couple of months back at night. I was going to chase you down in the az-1, but by the time the lights had turned green for me, you were gone. From what I saw it looks like a really nice car, looks great in the dark colour. And I love the personalised plates

Yes indeed very nice wheels, what is the tire size? It looks like they are a low aspect ratio. Very good to know the Integra wheels fit the Cappuccino, I think I will be on the lookout for a set of these too in the future.

nothing really to update, just wanted to test out my camera and take some decent photos

Using a Pentax k-x 40mm f2.8 lens

Sometimes i think i really do need a wider angle lens but this is doing its job pretty well i think

i like the plate reloactor, though it doesnt work as well on the stock bumper due to the middle brackets unless you chop that off

an E-type-esque sticker type would work quite well on the top of the bonnet there.

Just realised I forgot to update clubcappo (SORRY GUYS =( ) , so heres like a long list of things i have done recently:

yeah i think i should stop buying stuff from suzuki sports soon, aiming for the whole catalog

HKS SSQV3

hard work installing this

Yes that is how big the intercooler is, at least there is not much turbo lag

ok so I saw cappuccino (Will)  with his Nardi 330mm Deep Corn steering wheel, and I fell in love, its just the right size for the cappuccino, i was running a oldschool 350 Nardi which the stitching were slowly dying, so time for an update:

Apart from pressing the horn like 10 times (yeh i shoulda took out the battery) taking out the old wheel wasn't too hard of a job, though the 3mm hex bolts were shearing when I was taking them out (SCA quality hex keys are crap)

Then it took me like 1 hour to figure out that the horn adapter from the old wheel was needed to make the horn fit, was searching up posts eveywhere.. maybe i am just noob

so with all that fitted, took it for a drive, does not obstruct the instrument panels at all, though I need to exhert more force on the wheel now, I feel the handling is more sharper and I have more control in the steering

only thing I dislike is the metal centre, cold winter + cold metal = COLD

pics here:

(fail packaging)

Yeah i think i am addicted to buying stuff from suzuki sports...

Replaced my Nardi Shifter with a Suzuki sports one, its made from lightweight duracon plastic, i thought i would hate it but its actually pretty comfortable
Especially  during the hot summer days coming, touching this is going to be heaps better than hothot leather

Suzuki Sports Lug Nuts
yeah they were on sale >.>
they are lighter than my current ones though!

Also got a cusco plate relocator which there is a picture of that a few posts up!!!!

--------------
Was over the moon when i saw this in the mail

neatly packed away was a Suzuki Sports Carbon Fibre Boost Gauge Holder!
(thanks again fxdlidon)

Spent the day purchasing a Apexi EL2 Mechanical Boost Gauge to fit it

It was quite a bit of work taking apart the A pillar, while working on it I found out it uses a Torx T30 screw to get the tip screws off
But that was not too bad, Had to drill a few holes into the Trim to be able to get the vacuum line and power line in

Out with the Old and in with the new!

Love it!

A few notes on the boost gauge and holder to anyone who is going to buy one:
The carbon fibre mould is not 100% accurate as there was a bit of a gap near the bottom, this did not bug me that much as you couldn’t really see it from the outside unless you really tried, Though it is attached pretty securely onto the trim with screws and double sided tape

Think the scariest part was trying to rip the trim out without something breaking

now with the boost gauge, when I first turned it on and did a test run, there was ALOT of vibration/shaking at idle on the gauge, I did some research and I found out that there was too much pressure going into the gauge at once, and it needed to be restricted (The one which the EL2 came with was too large), lucky for me I still had the T-piece from the old boost gauge, which had a restrictor in place, chucked that on, tested it out and it was perfectly fine! Downside is that I believe the transient response is slower compared to before but without the shaking it is so much more pleasing to the eyes

I am running about 800-900kPA ~ 12-13psi on full boost

How the interior looks now
