I've had the photoshoot for Practical Performance Car magazine today. They are doing a seven page buyer's guide feature on the cappuccino in their July 2012 edition, (available in early/mid June I think).
Here's some of my pics from the day... once the magazine is out I'll post a few of the pro pics up, (I've not seen them myself yet).
It was a really interesting day... the studio is in a small industrial unit, with a 25x25 foot "infinity cove", (the white floor/wall/ceiling). Had a good few hours chat about cars and motorsport with the photographer, John Colley, while the shoot was going on. |

Car looks good. Nice and clean. Not quite toothbrushes standard but you drive yours loads and it's still clean with my old bumper lol. Hopefully I Might get mine in a mag one day. Lol |

lol! not toothbrush clean unfortunately! My engine bay was still dusty from autotesting last year and to give it a quick once over he sprayed WD40 on it, (yuk - will have to clean it now!), but that was a very quick (and very dirty) trick to get the engine to look better.
The skates did work well, (it helped having a really smooth surface too). They're pretty quick and easy to jack up with your foot.
It sounds like it will be quite a big article in PPC. Apparently their buyers guides are always about seven pages and quite in-depth, so it should be good reading, plus good publicity for cappos. |

After the longest wait in the history of waiting, the magazine is now in the shops!
Practical Performance Car Magazine, July Edition, with an E-Type on the front cover. £4.60 (ouch!).
It's got a good detailed write up, and I'm very pleased with the pictures!

Yes, in fact I bought two copies!
On the plus side, James at PPC very kindly paid the £50 in petrol that I used getting up there and back! 350 mile round trip! |
