First prototype of my Uprights is ready for testfitments.
a few small things i jhave to modifie, but exactly for that i made a prototype.
on a milled part you see bestter where problems as on a Computer model.

I use original dallara wheelbearings, in this prototype is just a ring made of steel cause the wheelbearings arent cheap and i dont want to demage on at my tests.

So, have some nice holidays

Sorry, start of hillclimbseason is every year very stressfull.
if you have facebook, i have a page there calles Ck-Spec Suzuki Cappuccino where i update most time.

So, short form:

Final conrods befor heattrearting with 1mm oversize for it last milling process.

Exhaust manifold, welded from a good friend.

Drysump pump

Silicon moulds from my in and ex ports, 3d scan and 3d modell of my f6a cylinderhead so i can mill the ports for a exact flow.

Milled the pockets for my new valve seat rings, special material, no Beryllium, but a material with AL, Si, Fe and some other ingredings

Black powdercoated Intake

Special for me made Cylinder liners for my f6a so i can bore up to 68mm without the risk of a waterleak.

and m any many other smaller things for example, mounts for the drysump pump, gears for it, V2 of the uprights,.....

oh, and the chassies gets a few new parts, new rear frame and new inner wheelguards,...

Cheers
Ck

oh, and i got a price for some pistins, from CP, JE, Wössner and Mahle, and Pankl (company in Austria witch made the pistons for F1, Indycar and so on), all around 1000 a set but Pankl want 2000 per piston!! but they would hold up to 14000 rpm, 40PSi boost and lifetime up to 1500km ;_)

Monstersport have some K6A pistons in 68mm bore but they cant give me the informations i want. So i have to made my desition witch pistons i will order.

JE, CP or Monster sport.

Thanks guys.

Power, i dont know.
Tourque is much more important then peak power,  so, i would be happy about 200nm and 200hp,
Strongest engine from my other competitors in my class is a 1.4l with 216hp, wiuld be nice to top that number

Turbo, at first my rhf4 but on my ex-manifold will also fit the small BorgWarner EFR, or airworks.
But i didnt made my final desition, a turbo with is as small as possible and as big as nesessary.
