Sooo I got approval and its finally all go to start this project!
I bought a built swift GTi whole and will be pulling its guts out and putting it in the cappo.
From Swift GTi: G13B Engine Built by Flood Motorsport (1400cc Stroker Kit built to handle 28psi) Donor vehicle 1990 Suzuki Swift GTi Mk2 (6000kms) 75mm Vitara Pistons IHI VF22 Turbo, Steam Pipe Manifold Rx7 450cc Injectors Walbro 550hp Fuel Pump SARD Fuel Pressure regulator Modified Mk 1 Fuel Rail(+Billet DMW Fuel Rail not fitted) Some old little Oil Cooler and a Really Big Intercooler Microtech LT8 ECU with controller last dyno'd 178hp atw @ 17 psi
Four Puck Carbon Clutch(NPC) Pressure Plate with lightened factory flywheel Phosphorus bearings + Longer gear ratio on modified fwd cultus gearbox(Im sure this is not useable on the cappuccino)
Brakes- Honda CRX Calipers, Endless Super Y sports race pads 15' Volk te37 copies 195/50/15 Khumo Ectsa SPT tyres

The question still remains with the gearbox... Does the jimny box require an adaptor plate?

Good luck, i drive a GTI T too and it's awesome
but why a 660 airbox when you have a G13b?

I take it that there is still some tuning to do? 178hp, even atw, seems a little enemic for a turboed 1.4L. |

Shop haha, beyond custom is doing the project for me. It goes into the workshop mid July. In the mean time I'll be riding my motorbike around =) |

Would be good to know. I live in Japan and sourcing a G13b/G16b block has been a total PITA.
