so after a while, today I managed to get my cappo registered, for that reason I would like to share some pics about her.

The first picture was made when I first saw her. A friend of mine who lives in the UK helped me to buy it, the original plan was that he would drive it to Hungary. After some weeks I got really excited and as he was unable to leave his work, I called one of my friends whether he would like to drive some miles in a cappo, he was in so we took a flight to London and drove home the car. It was a great experience, the car made 48 mpg with driving a constant 75 mph and had no issues during the one day (literally 24 hours of driving, of course we shared the driving)

well she definitely has some issues, got some remarks at the MOT station, most of them related to rust. the rear arches have spots and the bottom is also rusty but she will be hibernated for the winter as i have another suzuki for this purpose (a '99 4wd swift or you may better know it as subaru justy).

this picture was taken some days ago, i discovered the japanese engineers' good sense of humour as from this view she really looks like a manga hero from a random show

This picture was taken when we finally got home after the 24 hours ride. She took the trip without any issues despite the fact that all the preparations were changing the thermostat and the oil+filter. I know that for cappo owners this picture is not surprising but it took a while for me to get used to it. My colleagues are joking with the car's size like she is Barbie's car but all of them were silenced with a little show presenting what she can perform in terms of performance.

I finished last season with the successful registration procedure and after that I was only able to enjoy the car for only a few days. Then the rear brakes got stuck.  This issue was solved and I also asked my mechanic to change the timing belt with bearing and water pump and auxiliary belts as well to be prepared for the spring. The good weather is here for some weeks now and this tiny car is constantly making big grin on my face.

I managed to take a picture of both Suzukis I own (in the pic you can see there is good weather for sure )

Last weekend we had a pretty nice slalom race in our town, and mitogeri and his father also entered and so did I, there I took this photo of  the 3 cars.

Yes, and the faces in the crowd, they really would deserve to take a photo about them. Not really frequent car in Hungary, one also can make interesting grins on the faces of people, but three... Was good to be a Cappo owner on that sunny Sunday afternoon

Last week I had some time and tried the new wheels on - they would only be used for racing purposes, and for attacking mountain hairpins once in a while

The alloys are from some Kia, they were cheap and only 6 inch wide with the correct PCD, I only had to make some spigot rings. The tyres are R888, a bit worn but at least they were also cheap, I only paid £80 for them (yes, including the alloys and the spigot rings...). After a short ride in +5 °C I can say there is a huge difference compared to the road tyres, looking forward for the summer. But for now the Cappo already went to the winter sleep with a new clutch, and as there is quite a lot of snow here it is time for the 4wd fun

Yes they are 15" with 195/50, I also like the way she looks with them. Maybe a little lowering would improve the visuals but then there would be hard times getting over speed bumps and other road obstacles, not speaking of lifting up with floor jack, I already have issues on the front jacking, have to stand on a thick wooden sheet to have enough space for the floor jack

And get some sticky tyres as soon as possible, first event is planned on 29th of March
