Yes Guys, My cappo is currently being stripped by myself and just taking my time. I intend to give it a full respray by a local garage of mine. I'm pretty handy at most things and I'm hoping to prep the body myself. Well most of it. I would want to prep the body ready for primer, treat rust and get rid of the thick stuff under the rear arches etc. like this thread> http://www.clubcappo.co.uk/board/Blah/Blah.cgi?b=cr,m=1258484851 So what type of products are good to use guys? What tools would you use to strip paint? How much do you strip etc? where do you start? any info would be greatly appreciated guys.

Take a look at Frosts. They do all the restoration products you will ever need.

You need a rotary steel brush for on the grinder(flat one). The little corners ect you do with a small putty knive.
